Liza Figueroa is the Director of Case Operations at Moore Payne Law, with over 20 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, covering areas such as personal injury, insurance bad faith, traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Renowned for her meticulous case management and trial preparation, Liza ensures each case is thoroughly prepared for court.

She earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, a B.A. in Psychology from Chapman University, and holds a Practical Nursing Certificate from Technical Education Center Osceola. Additionally, as a Certified Guardian ad Litem, her unique blend of legal, psychological, and medical expertise allows her to manage cases with both legal and medical complexities.

Having worked across states including Florida, Washington, Kentucky, California, Wyoming, Virginia, Nevada, Georgia, and Alaska, Liza brings adaptability and a broad perspective to her role. Growing up in a military family, she values cultural diversity and family, principles that shape her approach to life and work.

Outside her legal career, Liza is a devoted mother to three sons and is committed to supporting families impacted by severe losses, ensuring they receive the care and justice they deserve.
